”לְמַרְבֵּה [לְ][מַרְבֵּ֨ה] הַמִּשְׂרָ֜ה“

(Isaiah 9:6 Hebrew Masoretic Text with Westminster Hebrew Morphology)

Why is the word לְמַרְבֵּה in the text of the HMT-W4 not written with the mem sofit   לםרבה ?

I see that in the leningrad Codex this is a mem sofi (with the normal form in the margin), but I guess that in Accordance the ending form is used according to the rules, i.e. at the end of words only. I don't know whether the Westminster database actually uses ending forms.

"There is also one instance of a final form of mem in the middle of a word: Isa 9:6 K ‏לםרבה‎, “of the increase of … ,” Q ‏למרבה‎."

So in searching the Accordance HMT-W4 one would never know that the Leningrad Codex has this mem sofit.

Are there other ways that the HMT-W4 differs from the Leningrad Codex of the MT?

Not that we are aware of. People do send in corrections on the pointing as it is not always obvious what is a dagesh and what is just an age mark on the MSS.
