Fabian
Have you considered to start Accordance with pressed "alt" to and check delete download cache?

Randy Cue
This might be a related issue. The last module I bought before I got my new mac is listed in my library, but if I click to open it I get a message to navigate to the folder in which it is located. I cannot find that module on my computer at all. It is Pseudepigraph by Bauckham.

Since it is listed in the Library, try removing it (and trash it) and see if you can download it again through Easy Install.

Randy Cue
Finder, press alt, go to, library, Application Support, Accordance, Modules, Tools I don't understand your directions. Using Julie's method, I believe the module was erased, but the problem with Easy Install still exists. I guess I will have call support as no one has addressed the problem with Easy Install. I'm sorry, Randy, but I cannot help with the crash issue. At what point does it crash? Do you get the list of items that need to be installed? Or does it crash in the download/install process? Randy Cue
I'm sorry, Randy, but I cannot help with the crash issue. At what point does it crash? Do you get the list of items that need to be installed? Or does it crash in the download/install process? It crashes when it starts the Easy Install. The blue line showing the progress gets about half way and then the crash. None of the items are shown before the crash. Thank you Fabian and Julie for your help. I'm sure the crash issue needs to be addressed before anything else can be done about missing modules.
Joel Brown
Randy, thanks for posting your crash logs, and I'm sorry about the issue. It looks like something is going awry with your Atlas installation. Are you able to open the Atlas from Accordance? Perhaps try navigating to ~/Library/Application Support/Accordance/Atlas Files, and temporarily renaming the Map Data file?

He got everything working the way it should. I greatly appreciate the support available from Accordance. Thank you Joel for taking time to respond to this issue. Randy Cue
Joel I had another issue on line spacing in copy as citation that I posted in the general topics forum. No one has yet responded with a suggestion. Here is a screen shot that shows the unequal line spacing.
