Ability to change size of pasted images in user tools

When I inserted an image into my user tool, Accordance prompted me once about what size I wanted, then it offered the option to not get asked again.

 

I picked a size with the understanding that the image would expand on my iOS device, but it doesn't. So, I was hoping to get a chance to change the image size again to something bigger. :-)

 

Unfortunately, I can't find the preference that gives me that dialog box again. 

 

Could you please help me find away to change this newly created default setting?
