kpang808
This may be obvious, I just cannot figure it out. Thanks in advance for the help! Attached is the screenshot.
Daniel Francis
Find those items in your library window delete them..... then go to the easy install and reinstall them... I have been lucky I have not had an error like that since 9.x, alternatively if you can find the files in the support folders you can likely reattach them through a dialogue.... I mean clicking on it in the library and then manually selecting the file but the first procedure is simpler... -Dan

kpang808
Didn't show up in easy install but maybe I didn't need it?
Julie Palmer
Those all look like they are User Tools. You won't get them through Easy Install. If you want to try to re-install them (if you didn't Trash them), you can find them on a Mac under Documents > Accordance Files > User Tools (sorry, I'm not sure where they reside in Windows.) Helen Brown
The simple File: Open command should take you to Accordance Files.
Daniel Francis
I just had a similar but more confusing issue... I was told the Modern English Version couldn't be located, I don't remember having such a creature in Accordance and indeed when I went looking for the support file the only ungreyed one in the text folder was NIV.... I selected delete in the library window and went like keith to easy install and without luck. Doing a search I could not locate the MEV as even being offered in Accordance. So I am left scratching my head as to what has happened. -dan Edited May 1, 2017 by Daniel Francis
Julie Palmer
I don't see any Modern English in our databases so I think it is safe to say that it's not a text module. And the only thing I see in the Exchange is the Modern Literal Version. Otherwise, I don't know that I can help you, Dan.
Daniel Francis
thanks doing a research search and it asked me to find it whatever it was I deleted it (claimed to be a biblical text), and like I said easy install didn't find it... I did not recognize the version so I am not going to miss it. -dan PS:That must have been it but I hadn't;t realized I had the MLV installed.
