Julie Palmer Posted April 7, 2017 Share Posted April 7, 2017 Hey, Calvin-- This has been reported and there are a couple of things you can try. 1) Restart your computer. This has worked for some users.2) If #1 fails to help, remove older versions of the Helena font from the Font Book. This can be done in the Font Book by selecting the Helena Font and 'right clicking' (or 'control clicking') on it and selecting Resolve Duplicates or if there are no duplicates you can 'Remove' the font. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Helen Brown Posted June 7, 2017 Share Posted June 7, 2017 The more recent solution is this: Please first be sure you update to 12.0.6 just released, and then open Accordance in Safe Mode to correct this issue. In order to open Accordance Safe Mode on a Mac computer, press your ‘option’ key as you open Accordance.
