Dan Wagner Posted May 12, 2017 Share Posted May 12, 2017 Reading Barnes Notes on Matthew 19:17 I came across some bizarre "editors notes" critical of the commentary. There are two such notes inserted in the comments on that verse, along with a mis-typed word (mail, in place of men). I looked up Barnes notes on that verse in an online program and neither of the notes were included nor was "mail" substituted for "men". Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This is a public domain text, and it looks like our copy was retrieved from the Christian Classics Ethereal Library, where these same comments and mistaken word appear.
