Add Margins Option?

One thing that makes reading in the iBooks app (on the iPad) so intuitive is the inclusion of margins. (This of course makes it difficult to read on the iPhone.) It would be great if we could have the option to include margins for those of us who do a fair bit of reading on the iPad where screen real estate isn't as big of a deal.

 

This could be an option with or without pagination (though pagination is still a great desire of mine. )
