The latest updates for Apple's Keynote and Pages include better handling of RTL languages. The announcement specifically mentions Hebrew and Arabic. I haven't yet tried them out, but thought I'd let everyone know.

FWIW, there are several problems with SBL Hebrew and Acc fonts in the newest version of Pages:

It should look like this, which is Ezra SIL in Word:

Ezra SIL works best in Pages right now; it looks like the screenshot from Word, except פָּנָֽ֗יַ looks like it does in SBL Heb and Acc.
