Randy Cue
I am unable to copy a chart from Genealogies of the Bible into Word. Is this to be expected or is there a problem?
R. Mansfield
I'm hopeful that we will add some better export/copy functions to the Genealogy module, but I've only been able to export content from it by creating screenshots.
ukfraser
Im not sure how you take your screenshots but are you aware that you can do it directly from within office? Used this quite a lot when creating training material and needed quick images and didnt want to boot up SnagIt. https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/Insert-a-screenshot-or-screen-clipping-6d7e6041-140c-4476-8432-ebeaee8a44e6

I can export text from it but not any of the charts that I've tried.

Yes, at this point, screenshots are the only way to export the content. My hope is that in a future update we would be able to copy/export the charts in a way similar to other graphics images, but with an option to automatically remove footnote indicators.

I didn't know Office would do this, although there it was on the Ribbon Toolbar all along. And it works on both Windows and Mac versions of the Office apps. When on the Mac, I just use the screenshot options built into macOS, but I'll definitely remember this when I'm on my Windows computer.
