Helen Brown Posted April 7, 2008 Share Posted April 7, 2008 The online account system is separate from our own database. As long as we can identify you, you will qualify for upgrade pricing. However, if you order online, and have ordered online in the past, it is best to use the same account. The online ordering system does keep track of online orders which makes upgrading simpler for you and for us. Simply send an email to accounts (at) accordancebible (dot) com with enough information to locate your account, mainly the email address you used for it.
