mgvh
I don't think I'm repeating common knowledge, but excuse me if I am. I've appreciated watching the Accordance podcasts on Vimeo. They are quite helpful for learning basics and advanced features, but... sometimes I wish they would go a little faster and just let me pause when I need to try out something that's been shared. Unlike YouTube which does allow one to speed up videos, I don't see a native way to do so with Vimeo. BUT there is a way! If you watch the Vimeo videos on Chrome (it doesn't work on Firefox or IE or Microsoft Edge; I don't know about Safari), you can add the "Vimeo repeat and speed" extension. The repeat is more for music, but the speed option lets you specify how fast/slow you want the video to play. I find that 1.25x or 1.3x makes for a very watchable speed.
R. Mansfield
That's a good tip. And for anyone not using Chrome, all of our videos on Vimeo are also uploaded to YouTube.
