accordance 12.1 crashing constantly

Hi there, today I upgraded from accordance 10 to 12.  I have found thorugh it is constantly crashing whilst being used, which is prooving really frustrating as I was using the paper feature and have twice lost a lot of text I had written.  I am using windows 10.

Sadly this means I am going to have to stop using the paper feature which is a key upgrade reason, I cant have confidence in the program not to lose my work.

I am sorry to hear of this crash.  I tried several different scenarios and could not reproduce it.  Evidently, you must have a more complicated Paper than the ones I am trying or - you are ending an edit an a way I did not think of trying. 

 

Could you please send me the paper you are working on and either a description or video with what you click just before the crash?

 

Can you consistently reproduce this crash - at will?

If so, would you want to screen-share with me so I can better identify this problem?

Hello!  I'm having the same problem when using the paper feature.  I have 12.2.1 on 10.13.2.  I can reproduce the crash at will. I took a screen shot... just not sure how to upload it.

Okay, here's a screenshot.  If I double-click on the selected text one more time, it will crash.
