mrt45 Posted July 5, 2017 Share Posted July 5, 2017 (edited) When I installed Accordance 12.1.0 it opens but will not close. The only way I can get it to close is to use the Task Manager to End Task. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem continues. I still had the accordance 12.04 installer on my computer so I reinstalled that version and it opens and closes without any problems. Orly Margolis Posted July 5, 2017 Share Posted July 5, 2017 Does this happen after you have been working for a while or just a few minutes after loading the app? If you only tries closing the app very soon after starting it in 12.1, please try disabling the automatic check for content update and set dropbox sync to manual and see if it solves the problem. The content update works in the background, trying to gather update information on every module you have installed and then show you the dialog with update options. I installed 12.1.0 and disabled the automatic check fro content update and also set the dropbox sync to manual and now Accordance closes without a problem. I appreciate your help.
