Would this be the Thesaurus Linguae Graecae, http://www.tlg.uci.edu/ ?

Yes, RTF can center text.

In addition to the items mentioned in this discussion, I've mentioned this before, but I'd greatly like to see tables introduced into User Tools as well. There are a couple of User Tool projects I'm just not going to be able to finish (such as the Summers Greek grammar user tool I had started) unless I can create tables.

I'm nearly half way through importing Summer's Essentials of New Testament Greek. Although tables are not supported, I've been able to include tables by using tabs. Of course, I have to keep the display text size the same or else my tables get messed up. Overall, however, it has been working well for me—I haven't run into any problems.
