12.1.2: Cannot Create Folders or Dividers in Library's Workspaces

I've been trying to create both folders and dividers in the Workspaces section of my Library. It works fine in all of the other sections, but it just gives me an error beep when I try to create them in Workspaces. I have tried everything I know to try. It simply won't let me do it.

Can anyone duplicate this problem?

I confirm, and I agree it is a bug. Any idea when it did last work?

I'm not sure the last time I created folders or dividers in the Workspace section so I really don't know the last time it worked.

I don't believe folders or dividers have ever been allowed in the My Workspaces, so this should be considered a feature request.

Given that I have dividers in there, I think they were allowed at some point. :-) I don't remember when I created them, but I have three dividers in my Workspaces section of the Library.
