These following dictionaries cover biblical Aramaic as well?: Jastrow, CAL, Sokoloff's DJBA and DJPA. Also the KAHAL http://www.brill.com/publications/reference-works/konzise-und-aktualisierte-ausgabe-des-hebraeischen-und-aramaeischen-lex.
