Set up problems

So I have just downloaded Accordance on a new computer(Windows)(had Accordance on another computer where it worked fine).I downloaded Accordance and after I installed it it crashed every time I tried to open it. I saw in other forums that people who had the same problem downloaded the 12.0.6 version and then it worked perfectly. So I did that, but now Accordance would not open. So I tried "Safe mode" and checked "Remove Setup Session". It worked, and it continued to the registration page, where I had to sign in. I did that but when I pressed "Continue" Accordance shut down and a message popped up saying that a problem caused it to shut down. Now I do not know what to do? I do not know if it is a bug or if there is something wrong with my computer?
