Orly Margolis
Jeremy, Can you reproduce this? Can you identify the steps I need to make to get the crash on my end?
jarcher
I can't reproduce it but I kinda remember what I was doing.. First searched for σπέρμα in the GNT. Then opened the pie graph and selected 'number' from the drop-down. Then clicked plural. Then shift-clicked the graph. Then tried to close the graph window. That probably isn't exactly right but it is a rough outline of what I did. Edited September 8, 2017 by jarcher
Orly Margolis
Thanks, I'll try my best to recreate the crash on my end.
jarcher
Sorry, that isn't right. It was the LXX, not the GNT.

Λύχνις Δαν
There is something here. I don't get the same stack but if I do the following I get a crash: 1. New WS 2. Open NA 28 GNT 3. Search for σπερμα 4. Open pie chart 5. click on Number from pull down 6. Click on plural section of chart 7. shift click genitive portion on the resulting chart to do search for genitive plural - a new tab opens with that search 8. Close tab with pie chart. After repeating such operations I got this stack : Accordance Crash Log OS:10.0 Windows 10 or Server 2016 Memory load (MB): 31% Physical: 16301 Avail: 11159 Free disk user (MB): 735248 All free: 735248 Accordance Version 12.1.3.1 (12.1.3.1) Message: Access violation Address: $00552DDB Backtrace: $00552DDB $752DD2B3 $752BE88A $752BE4C0 $752C8B09 $77B70856 $00442B78 $004B23D7 $0058191B $004B248B $004BA6F6 $0098F425 $00652272 $005941CD $004B757D $004AD48D $005A30FD I was able to do this twice by repeating steps 4-8 multiple times but not since. But after doing that multiple times I then opened another WS I have been using for months and Acc immediately crashed without a stack trace. It took a couple of attempts to reopen that ws successfully. I don't if any of this helps but I figured I would mention my results. Orly Margolis
I am still not able to reproduce. It must be that both of you have some settings that I do not use. Any chance one of you can send me a video of this problem?
Λύχνις Δαν
Ok I tried this again and after playing about a bit I got the crash at the same address on 12.1.3.1. But I cannot get it to crash on today's new beta though I get something else so I'll log that in the beta forum. I played around trying to video stuff and I got somewhere with VLC which is a little involved to do this with. Orly, what do you normally record with in Windows 10 ? Thx D
jarcher
This makes me wonder if it was related to the control-w window close bug. I wasn't able to reproduce in today's beta either.
