jmeyers Posted September 21, 2017 Share Posted September 21, 2017 Accordance's text-to-speech feature is really powerful, but it would be nice to have more complex preferences for it. The different voices in the preferences pane are great, but for foreign languages it would be better if foreign language texts were automatically read in a voice that correctly pronounces it or if the preferences allowed for different voices for different languages. For example, I want "Amelie" to read French, "Jorge" Spanish, "Alex" English etc. without having to go to the preferences and switch the voice every time. In other words, I want to be able assign a different voice to each translation of the Bible I have, or, better yet, have Accordance automatically switch to a voice that can correctly pronounce the language. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
