JohnABarnett
When I look at the detail for the Study Bible Notes for both ESV and NIV, the language suggests that the term "add-on" means the user must already have the corresponding biblical text in their library. I have both, so this is not an issue for me. But when I look at the Reformation Study Bible Notes, the detail language suggests that this module can be used with any biblical text in the user's library. I suppose this is because there is no single Reformation Bible text. Am I correct that no particular text is required?
Tim Hall
John, You can look at any study bible, translator notes, commentary, etc. in parallel with any text. My guess that sometimes they use the word add-on to ensure that it is clear that it is an additional purchase.
R. Mansfield
Hi John! Any set of study Bible notes can be used with ANY biblical text or translation in Accordance or even by itself. For instance, even if you didn't have the NIV, you could still use the NIV Zondervan Study Bible notes with the ESV, KJV, Greek New Testament, etc. or by itself.
