William Cross
I have set my Default Map setting to "Light Browns", but whenever I right click on a location in the Bible text to look it up on the map, a new pane open with the "Colors" map setting, not my default. How do I correct this? Bill
Helen Brown
Since you cannot just click on a location in a Bible text, we need a little more information on how you are opening the Map. Perhaps from the Info Pane?
William Cross
I highlighted the word Galatia in the letter to the Galatians and then right clicked and selected Look Up and then chose Map. Helen Brown
Hmm, strange. You are on Mac, which OS and which Accordance version? Definitely works for me. Try resetting the Preferences.
William Cross
MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012) macos 10.13 (17A405) Accordance 12.1.3 Resetting that the Map Preference did not change the outcome. Still opens with the incorrect map. Edited October 16, 2017 by William Cross
Timothy Jenney
I'm working with a mid-2011 MBP, Mac OS 12.13, and Accordance 12.1.3. My Map tab prefs work correctly using Lookup>Map when the background is set to Vivid Colors. However, I confirm that setting them to Light Browns opens the with Light Colors instead. Browns opens them to Colors. Thanks for the report! This bug appears to have been corrected in the latest beta of the newest update. A fix should be out soon. Helen Brown
I see, I was using the beta version, and do see the bug in the release.
