Since my debacle with 12.2 beta (not being backwards compatible) I have noticed that ALL of the hyperlinks in 12..1.5 are no longer blue! They are underlined and they work as advertised they just are no longer blue! Not sure if this is a problem that was recently introduced, one that came over from my beta debacle or the new normal.

Mine are still blue.  My guess is that the preferences were changed somewhere along the line.  You should be able to change them back.  if you open the ones that are black and while they are open, bring up the settings window, change them to blue in both user notes display and user tools display, then when you save the preferences, it will ask you if you want to update all the open windows and say yes.  Changes them all at once.

My System: Accordance 12.x on Windows 10 Pro.
