Guntis
My friend has a problem with Accordance — when he opens Accordance workspace, there is no text in any column, Accordance shows only user notes icons along the right side of the text column, but there is no text where it should be. And when he tries to enter the Bible passage for search, that field is grey and nothing can be entered. Any ideas what’s wrong? P.S. He ran Maintenance app which performed maintenance scripts, corrected permissions, deleted system temp files, etc., restarted his Mac but still the same problem - search field remains grey and no Bible text and no commentary text in the columns. Can’t enter an asterisk to get the text to be shown.

Helen Brown
There is an issue in the High Sierra OS, which doesn’t allow text to show in Accordance 10.This only affects this older version of Accordance, after an upgrade to Apple’s newest Operating System, High Sierra. The free options to use as a work around, to overcome this issue, are to roll back High Sierra to any previous Mac OS, or to upgrade to Accordance 12 Lite. Please be aware that the free Lite version of Accordance is limited in capabilities, compared to any full version of Accordance. The best option is to update to the full version of Accordance 12 ($54.90) For a limited time only, we have an additional $5 off of Accordance 12, when upgrading from Accordance 10. Just use the coupon code: HS10-12 .
