Some titles from purchased collection do not show up in library

Accordance Version 12.1.3 running on Windows 10

I started out with the free Accordance Lite version and subsequently purchased the Starter Collection. Yesterday I purchased, downloaded and installed the Graphics Learner Collection. For some reason, the Accordance Atlas doesn’t appear in my Library - only the Maps Sampler. Likewise, no Timeline, just the Sampler. All other items appear to be present and available. At the top left-hand corner of my Accordance window, it still says English Study (Lite). I am signed in to my account, and the Easy Install window verifies that the Starter and Graphics Learner Collections are installed (screenshot attached).  Any idea what I may have done wrong and/or possible fix for this issue?

EEM, if you look in your Library under 'Backgrounds' you should see the Atlas and Timeline listed - do you see them there?  They aren't under Tools, but in the section below that.

Dear Joel,

 

Good grief - I wasn't even looking in the right place! I just assumed they would show up under VISUAL where the samples were. Thanks so much for your prompt assistance. I feel pretty silly at the moment....

 

Any idea why my copy still is titled as the LITE version? Not that it makes any practical difference. :-)

Eileen, don't be too hard on yourself.

I've been using Accordance for over 12 years and count myself a fairly experienced user. And I still find myself forgetting some of the most basic shortcuts.  Any new programme has a quite a steep learning curve.  Accordance has so many features that it takes a while to catch up.  This is a great forum for asking any question... big or small.

 

As for the lite version showing up... I would give technical support a call.

It's probably only the default workspace that is titled "Lite." Try closing it and opening a new workspace. About Accordance will clearly be labeled "Lite" if the upgrade to the full version has not taken effect.
