smf360 Posted November 28, 2017 Share Posted November 28, 2017 (edited) Hi, I want to export my User Notes as plain ASCII so that I can search my notes and manipulate the content. I can print as pdf, but that file is huge and contains a bunch of pdf markup. I'm using 11.2.5. I wish that Accordance had some rudimentary search of user notes, can't be that difficult! Mark Allison Posted November 28, 2017 Share Posted November 28, 2017 Scott, You can open your notes from the Library and search them as you would any Accordance tool. You can also copy and paste your notes directly from the notes pane. If you have a lot of notes, you may have to copy and paste in batches—I think there's a limit to the number of notes you can copy at one time.
