Sequence of <WITHIN ? Words> command for Chinese

I just found an interesting thing. I'm not sure if this is a bug.

 

When I use the <WITHIN ? Words> commands for the Chinese Bible, sequence of the words before and after the command makes difference.

For instance,

When I search for : 耶和华 <WITHIN  1 Words> 神

 

耶和华 means "Jehovah", “神” means "God".

 

Accordance finds only the occurrences when "神" precedes “耶和华” within 1 words.

 

If I switch their position, only those “耶和华” preceding "神" within 1 words are found.

 

In both cases, only the cases where the words after the command followed by the words before the command are found.
