Add syntax tagging to critical text (na28 sigla)

Is it possible to add syntax tagging to the texts with critical marks? I'm thinking specifically of NA28 (sigla) and UBS5 (sigla). Actually, for my needs (and I imagine others) the na28 would suffice. This way the important information is all in one place, rather than having multiple panes of the same text open just to view syntax tagging at a glance.

Each siglum and footnote marker throws off the syntax alignment, which is why each syntax database is tied to a specific text.
