Ken Han
When I add items to Stack, and then to Paper, Paper displays imported stack items with footnotes. But when I save as docx or rtf the footnotes are not saved. Is there a way to do this that I'm missing? Is this not possible? Is it planned? Thanks. Joel Brown
Were your footnotes visible when exporting the paper?
Ken Han
no, not visible.
Helen Brown
I think it exports only what is visible, that's the advantage. You can decide which elements to export.
Ken Han
I'm not following you Helen. I've attached a screen capture. As you can see the footnote numbers are visible at the end of each imported stack item. But when I export to docx they are no longer there. Fabian
It seems you haven't. See and try again. Greetings Fabian
Ken Han
Thanks Fabian. The Show Endnotes option is checked. In fact, I've set it to show All. I see the footnotes displayed under Endnotes heading in Papers panel. But when saved as DocX and opened in Pages, the Endnotes section is missing, although the Bibliography section shows up just fine.
Fabian
O.K. I have it tested now and I've got the same results as Ken. Greetings Fabian
