jakejake Posted January 14, 2018 Share Posted January 14, 2018 (edited) Can't click on menu Can't minimize window Can't close window Can't close/exit application. Can't close panel. Can't add panels. Can't click on the "i" icon of the library resource. Right click context menu's work inside panels. Unfortunately the application is now unusable! I've tried uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling. But it also seems Accordance doesn't completely uninstall when you ask it to uninstall (still leaves a sloppy mess behind). This seemed to have happened around an upgrade. But I tried installing a downgrade, and the problem still exists. If Accordance is going to include an uninstall option, please make it actually uninstalls ALL of itself. Please contact our support techs and they can set up a screenshare session to see what the problem is.
