Creating New Highlighting Style Crashes Accordance, Duplicates Style When I Re-Start

This is 12.2.2 release version--it's happened on two different Macs, so I assume it's easily reproducible, but let me know if not and I'll poke around more and post again.

Thanks Abram!  This should be fixed in 12.2.3, so please let us know if you see it again after updating.

A work around for the time being is to add the new style at the end of the styles 'list' and then move it up afterwards to where you want it.
