Why does the new content button on the mobile version of the forum no longer work? It returns no new posts even when there clearly are.
Thanks Paul

I’m signed in, I even signed out and back in but the problem remains. When I click the button it returns ‘no new content found’, even when there is.

It's working for me. Maybe restart the browser, clear the cookies?

Have restarted the browser and deleted cookies on the iPhone but still not working. It stoped a few weeks ago, I wonder if an iOS update caused it? I’m currently on 11.2.2

There are options in the Settings Accordance to Clear the Download cache, among others. I would reset all of those.

Have reset download cache in the Accordance app but it’s still not working. Not sure how this would relate to the Accordance app itself though.

I’m using Safari to access the mobile version of the forum. When I tap the 4 squares at the top and tap the new content button I used to get a list of new posts, but for the last couple of weeks it hasn’t worked. I get a message ‘sorry, no new content found’ every time, even when there is.

Oh sorry, I lost the original meaning of the post. I tested on my iPhone and it's working for me in iOS10. I have checked your account and it looks fine.

Can anyone on iOS11 confirm this?

Very strange. This morning only this tread showed as a new post but all other new posts and threads did not show, and there were other posts after Steve King’s post at 12:45am. Something’s not working right, I wonder what’s causing this if it works fine for others?

If you go to "New Content", what are your preferences? You have then 3 options, "By Type" "By Time" "More". If you have set e.g. on "More" -> "Just items I follow" and you haven't set a content to follow, then its clear you get no hits. The same on the desktop. Does on the desktop the item show as no read? Or do you have there a different result if you push the button "New Content". This should be the same.  If this is not the same then something is strange.

Greetings

Thanks Fabian, that’s fixed it! The ‘just items I follow’ flag was ticked under the more options, I didnt know these options were there or even possible so I must have updated it inadvertently by mistake, maybe via the desk top version. Appreciate the help and sorry for the trouble everyone.

Nice.  I didn't even realize there was a "View New Content" setting.  I had always wished there was an option to go higher than 10 in the recent topics setting.  But there it was all along in front of me!
