Daniel Francis Posted February 22, 2018 Share Posted February 22, 2018 I SEE you are on the mac, but which OS are you running. have you tried holding down the option key before click on accordance to start to enter safe mode (don't remember if this was started in 10 or 11).... The MacOS version will be most helpful and hopefully someone can help you there is always manually deleting and reinstalling but I do know that can be a pain.
