Clint Cozier
Is there a way (other than using a screen capture) to export verses from either the Syntax Trees (Greek or Hebrew) or the Greek Diagrams? I know they won't go into a stack, and I can't find a way to copy them to the clipboard. I'd like to export then into something like OneNote (well, actually Curio) so I can mark them up. Thanks. Robert Holmstedt
That'd be useful. +
pbgroover
+1 Also exporting an interliner portion other than screen capture would be great for the same purpose of marking up.
Joel Brown
Interlinear can currently be exported, either by selecting text and doing Copy As -> Interlinear, or choosing to Print some text that is showing interlinear.
Clint Cozier
I ended up (for now) copying the text a clause at a time and laying it out with some notation and markup in Curio. It works until I find a more efficient system.
Λύχνις Δαν
Hi Clint, I am wondering exactly what you are doing with your annotations here. It's an interesting use case. I have an Android tablet with a pen. I pulled down an image annotation app and screen sreenshot a section of text and pulled the JPG into an image annotation app. At that point I was able to circle bits and write on the image to add notes. Is that the kind of thing you are doing ? Or do you want the syntax information exported is a text format of some sort. I could see uses for either. One thing that would be handy would be being able to capture the entire syntax chart for a clause or phrase (basically from any node down the tree) rather than what is just visible on screen. Thx D
pbgroover
Interlinear can currently be exported, either by selecting text and doing Copy As -> Interlinear, or choosing to Print some text that is showing interlinear. Thanks Joel, how did I miss this... learning something new every day! Paul
Clint Cozier
D, More down the line of what you've done. I'd just like to carry down a few important notes into a structural layout using the kind of annotations you've described. I find that working on a syntax structure level helps me to structure my material in ways that come from rather than impose upon the text. Pulling the whole tree in would save me the process of laying out the clauses in a hierarchy, but that worked well for me last week. We'll see what this week brings.
