Alistair
Hi, If anyone has modules such as the Bavinck dogmatics and other Reformed-oriented works, or the Reformation Commentary on Scripture, or the Calvinist modules, I would be grateful to learn which have entries or passages that cover covenant theology in some depth. I have discovered that there is a commentary on Hebrews by Gareth L. Reese that has a substantial appendix on covenants and covenant theology: is anyone familiar with this work? Hebrews: A Critical & Exegetical Commentary I think it dates from c.1972. Please note I already have the Reformation Study Bible which has an entry for Covenant Theology among its Topical Articles Thanks very much, any assistance is appreciated Alistair Edited March 17, 2018 by Alistair
Rick Bennett
This sort of depends on how you define Covenant Theology. Some view it as equivalent to Reformed or Biblical Theology. So, in that respect Bavinck would be a good resource. We also have Niehaus' Biblical Theology (screen shot attached). Michael Horton has also written extensively on this. His Christian Faith is available in Accordance, but is more an application of his covenant theology in my opinion.
