pbgroover Posted April 17, 2018 Share Posted April 17, 2018 Is there a way to set the text size for resources that show in instant details to be the same as biblical texts and tagged entries? When I hover over a resource in the info pane (commentary, study Bible, grammars, etc..) the text preview in the instant details are shown as a larger text than cross references and tagged entries - it appears to be set one size bigger than what I have set in the preferences option. The same is true of linked notes in the resources. Take for example Mark 10:19 in the ESV Study Bible, if I hover over the text ref 10:19 instant details shows the biblical text at the size I have set in the preferences which is 'medium', but when I hover over the entry for '(see note on v. 21)' the text in instant details is bigger and is shown as 'medium-large'. If I reduce the size of the text in instant details using the decrease font size and try again the text for the resource entry is shown as 'medium', but the biblical text is now shown as medium-small. Can the text sizes for all resources be harmonised so shown as the same size? Thanks Paul 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Solly Posted April 17, 2018 Share Posted April 17, 2018 (edited) Paul, I notice the same thing. The font size of texts and some tools don't match in Instant Details. Commentaries, study Bibles, and dictionaries display in a larger font that some of other tools and the texts. pbgroover Posted May 26, 2018 Author Share Posted May 26, 2018 Hi Silas, Thanks for fixing the font size issue for 12.2.6, works much better now in Windows. One side effect though is that all superscript text is now a lot bigger than it should be, this is especially noticeable in biblical references. Also Greek and Hebrew fonts are shown in a bigger font than the English. This is not the case when opening the resource, so this must be an issue with instant details.
