No notification was given indicating that the list was longer than what was supported (even when a verify was completed)!


Can this be fixed:

 

1. To allow for a much larger list than is currently supported.
2. To warn when a list is too long!

What's interesting is that each of your two examples were cut off after a different number of characters, which is not what I would expect if it was a hard coded limit.  I'll look into why this is happening.

There was earlier a limit up to 510 https://www.accordancebible.com/forums/topic/18407-remove-the-defined-search-range-size-limit/?p=89454

 

But Joel had in Accordance 11 expanded the limit. 

 

It seems the limit is not enough for this big range.

Fabian, thanks for the info.  That was before I started working here, so it's good to know.  These references work fine for me on Mac, so I think this must be a windows specific bug, and not to do with a fixed length limit.  I'll make sure it's passed along to the person who can fix it.
