Show Interlinear greyed out

I used to love using the interlinear feature, but recently I haven't been able to see it. For some reason it is greyed out. I know I have to choose a tagged text, but I've tried with various texts even ones that say they are tagged with no joy. 

 

How can I see the interlinears?

 

Acc 12.2.5, Mac OS10.13.4

I cannot see what your search text is. I suspect it's an untagged text that does not support the interlinear feature, but even that would not explain the absence of the interlinear button and feature on the HMT-W4 pane that you show.

This is certainly some sort of bug, and I'm not able to reproduce it.  Can you possibly send me a copy of your workspace file, so I can see how it shows up on my computer?  You can post it here, or you can sent it to the email address I'll give you in a message.

It would also be worth trying to update to 12.2.6, and see if the problem still exists there.

njayling, Interlinear is a capability of only the full featured Accordance (compare Lite vs Full here).  Its possible you had a license to Accordance 10 or 11, and you upgraded to v12 without purchasing the license for the full version.  To get interlinear back, you'll either need to purchase a license for the full Accordance 12, or you'll need to contact Accordance Support to help get rolled back to your v10 or v11 installation.
