ct253 Posted June 15, 2018 Share Posted June 15, 2018 Hello. I have been having a consistent problem in my Library for quite a while now. The folder for parallels (with the "II" icon) is essential not editable. Whereas I can change the order of other folders (such as commentaries), I cannot do so with parallels. And then, yesterday in organizing my Library, I did somehow get another folder below it (as I wanted), but today upon looking at my library, that other folder has been transformed into "Parallels" folder with the icon. (The real Parallels folder is showing as just a normal folder now.) The now-Parallels folder will open to show its contents, but I cannot move modules to another folder and they will not open at all. Helen Brown Posted June 15, 2018 Share Posted June 15, 2018 You are not meant to be able to move the Parallels folder or its contents., except to rearrange the order. Now that it is mixed up, it's best to delete the Parallels from the Library and reinstall them. Our support staff can assist you if you cannot get them back to where they belong.
