Charles Stock Posted June 29, 2008 Share Posted June 29, 2008 I am not sure what lexical aid the Syriac New Testament Peshitta (morphologically tagged) are designed to target. Surely I must have missed this key piece of information. The HPESHNT-T targets the standard Hebrew Lexicons, some of which cover OT Aramaic but in square script. The coverage is spotty, and seems to be based on OT Aramaic. Perhaps there is a better arrangement. My guess is that the cursive Aramaic Script doesn't translate to the Hebrew Lexicons.
