brikimg
Open GNT28 and navigate to any first verse other than 1:1. Lexical tracking is off by one word. I suspect the inclusion of the book name was not accounted for so the verse reference (i.e. 2:1) is where the lexical tracking starts. Since it is 'by verse' tracking it only affects the first verse of chapters where a book name precedes.
Λύχνις Δαν
So by lexical tracking do you mean the instant details popup is showing data for the wrong word ? And what text are you using ? I'm not seeing this in Greek or Hebrew. And what version are you using ? Thx D Edited July 21, 2018 by דָנִיאֶל
Λύχνις Δαν
Ah ok scratch that. I went to another device where I'm running a different version and I see what you mean now. Indeed in Rom 5:1 for example tap and hold on πιστεως give the ID info for ειρηνην and likewise for other words EDIT: And I can repro. in the other version now too. Thx D Edited July 21, 2018 by דָנִיאֶל
Scott M
I'm looking into this. As best I can tell, it happens in paragraph display, but not with separate verses?
brikimg
I do not have an option to use paragraph display in Android ... And it does not affect ESV or HMT-W4, only GNT28-T. But I do not have any other tagged texts to test. It really looks to me like the book name is taking the reference spot, then the verse number is being treated like the first word of the verse. Since it does not happen when the verse is preceded by the number of the verse alone. So, for Romans 2:1 and 2 ... Verse Text (GNT28) Rom 2:1 Dio anapologetos .... Program tracking Ref 1st 2nd 3rd Lexical entries Blank Dio anap... But, 2 oida de hoti ref 1st 2nd 3rd Blank oida de hoti In other words ... If the verse reference is two word spaces in GNT28-T (i.e. Rom. 2:1), then the program is treating it as two words which the lexical tracking is treating as "Rom." = verse reference and "2:1" = 1st verse word. This is proven by selecting the "2:1" by long touch and then the lexical popup shows Dio. Edited July 24, 2018 by brikimg

I did test this and confirmed your suspicion - but I didn't really notice the question mark until now and didn't post back. Oooops Thx D
Scott M
OK, it was a little tricky, but I believe it is fixed and should be in the next general release. (Not quite sure on the timing of that yet.) Thanks for the report and follow-up info.
