"Hits" scroller not available in converted User Tools

Hello.

 

I have been having trouble using the search functions with my converted User Tools. I try to search for a Scripture citation. It tells me, for example, that I have 44 exact hits. But then, down in the bottom-left, next to the "Art" up-down arrows, there is nothing for scrolling through hits.

 

Any suggestions with ways to jump between the hits? I wouldn't want to scroll through looking for 44 different red highlights...

 

 

Another (smaller) issue: I search for a Scripture reference in Research, and it pulls up the hits normally (working perfectly so far). However, when I click to open the hit, it opens to the beginning of the section, so I need to scroll down and look for the red highlight. Is this as it is intended to be? For me, it would be of more use to jump straight to the hit and then allowing me to manually go back however far I want to get the context of the passage. (Rather than vice versa, as it is doing for me now.)

Can you send me the user tool through a private message?  If you imported it from a file, you could send that as well?  It may also be helpful.
