Antony
I'm been using Accordance for a long time, but I could never figure out if it's possible to read a greek NT text in all uppercase greek letters. Is it possible to switch from lowercase to uppercase greek letters for the Greek NT? I know that the manuscript transcriptions have uppercase manuscript fonts, but I'm talking about regular greek fonts. If not, could Accordance consider adding that feature?
R. Mansfield
Antony, currently there’s not a way to do this in Accordance, but I’m sure our devs will see your request and evaluate the possibility of adding it in the future.
Antony
Rick, thanks for letting me know. Hopefully Accordance will add that feature in the future.
Helen Brown
Although you cannot view then text as Uncial characters you can export it and convert it to the Sylvanus font. First set your export preferences to Helena instead of Unicode, and to strip accents and breathing marks. Then copy and paste into another program and convert the text to our Sylvanus uncial font.
Antony
Helen, thanks for the reply. I was looking to view the NA28/UBS Greek NT in uppercase Greek in the regular Helena font or similar modern Greek font, not Unical font, but it doesn't look that can be done. Helen Brown
Yes, you can do it with a similar export, or in Unicode, and then have the new app convert to all Uppercase. On Mac it isn't in the Services, but TextEdit has it under Edit: Transformations.
