Support superscript in RTF user notes import

I have discovered that the user notes import does not support superscript (RTF \super control word), so that "the reading is supported by the Latin versions except itf and itq" becomes "the reading is supported by the Latin versions except itf and itq", which requires a bit of work to decipher.

I would expect this to be easy to implement, since the user notes editing tools already support superscript.

It would also be nice to have support for small caps (RTF \scaps control word), but that's usually more of a cosmetic issue.

We'll look into adding support for RTF superscript - shouldn't be too bad.

The smallcaps word isn't supported in macOS, but we're investigating if Windows will be able to support it.

Thank you for considering this feature.

I'm a bit surprised that macOS doesn't support small caps, but I'll take your word for it. With a good font, it would be enough to turn on the SMCP OpenType feature, but to make it work with other fonts, small caps have to be faked, of course. I don't expect to use Windows any time soon, but perhaps Windows support would be interesting to others.

If you want to test it for yourself, go to Pages, set small caps, and see if any apps outside of Pages, Keynote, and Numbers, even respect it.  Apple decided, rather than improve their rtf parser, to write their own style handler for iWork apps.

I see that Pages's own RTF export doesn't even respect small caps formatting: there's nothing in the exported file to indicate that the text was in small caps.

The OpenType SMCP feature can be turned on in TextEdit if the font supports it (e.g., Hoefler Text), but it's stored with an \AppleTypeServices control word that Pages doesn't respect.
