It would be cool if we in parallell pane could only see resources (commentaries etc, reference tools) that contain entries for the current verse/range. (Like the info pane or Olive Tree's resource guide etc.) It's no good having to scroll through all my NT commentaries etc while trying to find input on my current/selected OT verse/passage. I would guess you're already working on this ... (Or maybe I just haven't discovered how to use the iOS version?) I requested this too and many others. In this case the Olivenbaum (translate it in English) App has it for years. But you can see there was a long time no big upgrade for the iOS. So I guess it will come out the Accordance Mobile for iOS 3.0 this year with such a feature. Plus the ability to sync the library (with Accordance 13), a Research, Text Browser and many others. Maybe there will come two separate versions, one for the iPhone and one for the iPad. Since e-sword has also to different versions and with features which are not available in Accordance.
