Tooltips for webpages

I think it would be great if accordance was supersede both Logos and Bible Gateway.com with tooltips.  Logos has something called Refretagger which allows you to choose one translation and then when you click or hover over the link it displays the text.  Same with BibleGateway.

 

The limitations of both are that a user cannot choose in real time what version in what language he wishes to see the text in.  This would especially useful for international websites.  Would accordance be interested in producing the ultimate tooltip tool?
