TYA
What options are there for checking off, or selecting certain verses in a list of search results that have interest to me? I'm thinking along the lines of what I can do in another program with checkboxes alongside the search results (see attached). Thank you.
Joel Arnold
Hold down shift + option and click down the list. It will put a blue marker beside each. Then send them out to a reference list using "add marked verses to." You can also quickly copy as references from that list to paste into a project. This is a function I think Accordance does very, very well and I find it super useful for writing.
TYA
Beautiful. Thank you, Arnold. Do you happen to know if I have the option of copying & pasting the selected verse references in the following format (see attached)? Donald Cobb
Beautiful. Thank you, Arnold. Do you happen to know if I have the option of copying & pasting the selected verse references in the following format (see attached)? I haven't found anything. I agree, it would be nice to have formatting options for book lists. That is true as well for book names, as those working in languages other than English have to go back and manually correct them. I would love to see a feature allowing users to modify these two things. It was standard in BW and is a functionality I miss! DC
Eric J. Tully
In your screenshot, it looks like you're adding bookmarks. On my PC, when I click a verse in search results with alt + shift, then it shows up in my bookmarks. And when I right-click, I don't see an option to "add marked verses to." Could you please explain further how this works? Thank you.
Helen Brown
The Add Marked Verses option is in the Selection menu at the top.
TYA
But if I may just add... while I appreciate the instructions on how to do this in Accordance, I really think the checkboxes would be a lot faster... if that could be implemented.
