Crash on module instal

I'm installing the BHS Apparatus via easy instal. The module downloads, then asks if I want to instal. Click install. App crashes. Latest version of everything Mac OS and accordance.

Trying to narrow this down.  Did the install complete before the crash?  If not, does it crash if you try to install the same module again?

Trying to narrow this down.  Did the install complete before the crash?  If not, does it crash if you try to install the same module again?

Yes. I restated I’m safe mode w/o the startup session and tried to install but it was already there. So, though I didn’t see it, the module installed prior to the crash.
