Software Crash

Hi- 

 

I need help in dealing with how to keep the software from crashing. I am on a project that is stalled due to this issue. I would talk to tech support but they are out for the weekend.

 

I have tried recovering last session, and simply opening individual workspaces.

 

I am running the latest software update and High Sierra.

Maybe a Workspace caused the crashes. Try to find out which one and build a new one from the ground and save it.

Hi Fabian-

 

I tried your tip and it crashed again even after building a new workspace. I am running parallel workspaces. I would prefer not to rebuild each one, if possible.

What are you doing exactly when it crashes ?

Hello, I'm trying to narrow down the cause of this crash.  If you would be able to send me a copy of the workspace you were working in, it might help me make sure this is fixed in our next release.

 

Until then, the crash report is pointing towards something to do with instant details as the culprit.  You may be able to get around this crash for the time being by closing your instant details pane.

I have temporarily got around the crash by isolating workspaces that caused it, and rebuilding them. 

 

I know it may sound dumb, but I don't see a way to attach a workspace file. Help?

First zip the Workspace and then with the "More Replay Options" you'll be able to upload them here.
