iOS App - search and return to previous view?

While using the iOS app is there a way to do a search in a Bible and then return to where I was after the list of results is shown? I cannot seem to figure out how to do this.

For instance, I'm in the ESV on my iPad in Psalm 40.  I do a word search for "rejoice [range romans]". I see a list of results. I cannot figure out how to return to where I started in Psalm 40.  It seems I'm forced to go through the Bible passage chooser to navigate my way back to Psalm 40 after each search.

There has to be a better way, right?

Shaun, Its still a quite clunky interface.

If from your search you go to exodus, when you reselect ps 40 from the passage selector as you described, you can now switch between exodus and ps 40 using the arrow buttons at the bottom. But i havent found a way to jump back to where you started from the search. (The arrows at the bottom are great because i select the three passages for a service at the beginning of the service and then can quickly change them as the service progresses.)

In other places you get an arrow in stead of the search specs and that takes you back. But clicking the seach specs leaves you where you are.

Its the same when opening an image and scrolling through other images, clicking the back takes you to the text where you entered the images and not the text surounding the current image you are looking at.

Not sure if all this clickingand scrolling registers as exercise so helping you close out rings on you apple watch!

If there is a feature request place let me know. I’d love to put in a request to have a “return” or “back” or “resume” button to take you out of the search mode and back to where you were reading.
