Thanks Rick, this does look interesting.

Please could you elaborate on the 'more content' that the 1988 edition has over later ones? I too am interested like Fraser what has changed in the latest CSB version over the 'classic' version.

Also, who were the main editors or contributors? I'm wondering what theological leanings it may have, how does it handle the Last Things?

Thanks Paul

This is the list of doctrines in the current version

You may have to scroll sideways and select the study notes tab (not a responsible adult so cant add an image to this thread).

Thanks Fraser, it's the same 27 doctrines as the 1988 edition listed above so I wonder what the more content is in the earlier edition?

Either way it does look like a nice set of study notes

There are a few like the titles missions and ordenances and stewardship seem to be changed in the new version. Unless im missing them flicking between screens on my ipad but there also duplications in the new screen...

Having used the original version (just assuming it was original as I had bought it in 1994), it was in my mind it felt like a systematic Theology application Bible. I very much liked it and look forward to using this in Accordance.

Paul, I don’t have the newer edition, so I can’t speak to specifics. However, what I’ve been told is that the older edition had more content and many still prefer it over the new edition. I know that’s a bit vague, but I was basically repeating what I’ve heard.

Here are some screenshots from our version with lists of the contributors.
